Nikki's Grilled Salmon

My sister used the California Mustard on salmon this weekend. She used a little olive oil, salt, lemon and rubbed the mustard on before grilling. She grilled it over medium heat, flesh side down for 5-8 minutes or until the salmon was opaque.
She served roasted cauliflower on the side.
And, even though I wasn't there to taste it I've heard rave reviews!
Our California mustard is made with fresh garden herbs, white wine vinegar and Chardonnay. Perfect on fish and poultry or as a base for a vinaigrette.
