October is Delicious
Our garlicky Transylvania mustard is a classic German Stone Ground Mustard with a lot of garlic, honey, beer and turmeric. It's great as a dip for homemade pretzels, but it can be a little intense for some. For Oktoberfest we will be having Grilled Brats served over Sauerkraut with a mustard sauce.
MUSTARD SAUCE
2 TBSP Curvy Spoon Garlic Mustard
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
Stir five ingredients together in a shallow bowl and serve alongside brats
