Taste tests

We had a less than formal focus group and did a blind tasting with 4 adults and 4 kids. It was fascinating to hear what people thought about how each flavor differed from one another. We used some amazing All Beef Kielbasa from Costco and some potato chips as our mustard dippers. Such a fun night!

All in all I think we can all say - that not one person agreed on which was the best. The top three were definitely California, French and Texas Honey. The kids definitely preferred the honey mustard dipping sauce, but that's another post.

My husband like the Cantonese best and the honey mustard was not his favorite. I guess that's because he's sweet enough. *sigh*
